Flying the flag for St George

Liverpool is helping to fly the flag for St George. The city will be putting up flags along certain main routes from Monday 19 April to help people celebrate England's patron saint. Scores of specially prepared and safe St George's Cross flags will be put up on lampposts along: County Road/Walton Road/Stanley Road; Priory Road; Everton Road/Heyworth Street and West Derby Road.
